When we set out with our almost billion-dollar investment in our manufacturing and supply chain network, we wanted to basically take a comprehensive look at where our customer base was, and we wanted to be able to deliver to those customers in a very efficient fashion.

We’ve invested in the systems, we’ve invested in the people, we’ve invested in the buildings. So we’ve built a distribution network with multiple sites across the country so that we can get product to patients very quickly.

When supply is constrained, our goal in those situations is really to use communication, collaboration, and transparency, and ultimately helping to solve the problem.

I love the purpose behind what we do here and that we are committed to life and committed to serving patients and customers beyond expectations. It’s not a box, it’s not a parcel, it’s not a shipment, it’s not an order. It’s a patient.
